The focus on this presentation is on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and in specific on its content and monitoring mechanisms. As Social inclusion was a key issue of the meeting and the Advisory Committee was developing a Commentary on its Article 15 that relates to participation in social and economic life, this was a focus of this presentation. THIS ARTICLE SHOWS THAT THERE ARE A WIDE SET OF STANDARDS IN PLACE TO PROMOTE THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION OF MINORITIES.
