Presentations are the majority of the items placed on this website. They are primarily composed of speeches that were made officially from 2006 to 2010 in the capacity as President of the Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities.
Presentations are distinguished from articles which are published items that were invited articles that contributed to a book or a journal. Some articles originated as a Presentation. The printed format differs as it includes footnotes, end notes and are often contextualised with editorial or introductory remarks and accompanied by related articles. In due course, when the website is complete and copyright issues are reflected, the full references will be provided.
